Although we don’t keep a large range of car tyres in stock we get over two vans per day. That keeps our costs low so saving you money. If you require a tyre in a hurry give us a call before 12 noon and we will have your tyre ready for fitting that same day. Check your tyre size by noting the figures on the sidewall of the tyre.

As well as the supply of car tyres we offer a full fitting service, however, unlike most garages we have a set price for this. Rather than building this into the cost of your tyres you will now be able to see exactly just how much the tyre is actually costing you as well as the tyre fitting, balancing, valve etc.

You know how important having the right tyres on your car wheels are to your safety but it is also equally important for legal reasons. Ask us to check your car tyres as part of your regular car servicing check-up.
The law requires you to have your car tyres at the right pressure and to have sufficient depth of tread on the car tyre to ensure you have sufficient grip on the road. If you do not comply fully with the law you may find in the event of a claim that your car insurance policy is not valid.
To quickly summarise
• The tyre must be compatible with the other car tyres fitted.
• No bulges / lumps or tears / cuts in its structure. No part of the inner structure be exposed.
• Tyres should correctly be inflated to the car tyre pressure recommended by the vehicle manufacturer.
• Tyre tread depth to be at least 1.6 mm throughout a continuous band in the centre 3/4 of the tread and around the entire circumference.
